We are now FareShare partners and can if circumstances permit, offer a fresh Food parcel via the FareShare Scheme. In exceptional cases we can also offer Foodbank Vouchers to those who are in need of our service. |
Our Delivery and Collection Policy Please kindly note we can only provide our service to those on the lowest income based benefits. We will need to see proof of benefits. We cannot take large or very heavy furniture Items for example white goods, 3 seat or large 3 piece suites, wall units or large wardrobes. We may require help with unloading due to lack of volunteers. Our volunteers are not obliged to place items in rooms and can leave everything in the first available room. All items are second hand and pre-used. We carry a limited range and do not have white goods or flat screen TV or high value items. Items are given to clients on a first come first served basis and we cannot reserve items. We reserve the right to refuse to serve a client if our volunteers are treated with violence or foul language. We reserve the right to sell items unsuitable for our core packs to raise funds to keep our service running. Please remember no one is paid to run this charity, we all do this to help those most in need in our community as we feel everyone deserves to live in a safe & comfortable home. Thank you |
